kaia’s Story
I have been with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors since 2014 and have extensive experience on both the residential and commercial side of the business. I was drawn to the Real Estate industry after my first home buying experience; the ability to help people fulfill a life time dream of home ownership is what drives me. With a background in the hospitality industry and experience as a business owner, I know the importance of developing a connection with my clients, a connection that will help me find the perfect fit for them. Throughout the process of buying or selling their home I diligently work on my client’s behalf to address any hurdle large or small.
I was born and raised in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and attended Temple University. I moved back to the Philadelphia from Sand Diego fifteen years ago, and now live in Mt Airy with my husband and daughter. With my in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia area I’m able to highlight for my clients all that the area has to offer, from shops and restaurants to parks and historical attractions.
